STEP 0

Login — identify yourself

Choose your name, enter PIN, select your station/bay, then press LOGIN. Work time starts only after Work Prep is completed.

STEP 1

Work Prep — station must be ready before work starts

No device work before this is complete. Take photos, print and scan test label, confirm tools, then press START WORK. Work time starts after this approval.

1. Station photo

Take photo of the full table, printer, scanner and working area.

2. Tools photo

Take photo of chargers, Capture USB, USB-to-LAN, labels, service cards and bin cards.

3. Print test label

Print the REDIVIVIS work prep test label. Then scan it back below.

Keyboard scanner or manual typing accepted. Camera is optional.
4. Scanner test

Click field and scan any bin/service/asset code. It must enter text and press ENTER.

Click field, scan with handscanner or type/paste. Do not use camera on PC.
STOP: If any tool is missing or test label does not scan, do not start work. Call Daniel/Joshua/Emmanuel.

STEP 3

Take required photos for AI grading

Do not decide grade here. Take the exact photos shown below. AI / BI-DATA will review. If photos are bad, device goes to PHOTO RETAKE.

1. TOP COVER

Closed laptop / top of device. Full device visible.

2. OPEN FRONT

Open laptop front view. Keyboard + screen frame visible.

3. SCREEN ON

Screen powered on. Avoid glare.

4. KEYBOARD / PALMREST

Close enough to see keys, wear, missing keys.

5. BOTTOM

Flip device. Full bottom visible.

6. DEFECT CLOSE-UP

If crack, dent, missing part or heavy wear exists, take close-up. If no defect, optional.

AI result will appear here. Pilot mode sends unclear cases to BI-DATA review.
STEP 3

Photo / visual grade

Only choose the visual grade. Press ONE grade button. The system will automatically decide Retail / Project / Wholesale / Repair / Parts and send you to the Bin screen.

Load device first.
Supervisor only: override tech/battery note if needed
Tap one grade button. Route happens automatically.
STOP: Do not choose route. The system chooses route after capture + grade.
STEP 4

Automatic system route

Route is calculated automatically from Capture data + Grade. Do not change it on the floor.

Move to correct bin

Route appears here after grade.

Carry device to matching color/bin.

SCAN

Scan destination bin card. Wrong bin = STOP.

STEP 5

Clear bench — nothing left loose

Do not start the next device until this is done. The system must confirm that the device, paper card, charger, USB/LAN and tools are in the right place.

Move bin first.
STOP: If anything is still on the table, do not press confirm.
DONE

Device complete

The device is in the correct bin and the bench is clear. Start the next device or clock out.

FLAG PROBLEM

Problem / Ticket — stop guessing, report it

Use this when work cannot continue normally. The ticket goes to Daniel / Joshua / Emmanuel / BI-DATA / Arvet for resolution.

1. CHOOSE PROBLEM

Printer, scanner, Capture USB, charger, bin, device issue or other.

2. ADD DETAILS

Scan/type asset tag if it belongs to one device. Add photo if helpful.

3. WAIT FOR MANAGER

STOP_WORK priority means do not continue on that station.

USB CONFIG

Prepare Capture USB package

This creates the small REDIVIVIS_CAPTURE package for one capture bay. Copy it to an Ubuntu/Debian live USB. The floor team must not edit these files.

1. SELECT BAY

Example: CAP-01-A. Each bay needs its own station ID.

2. DOWNLOAD

Download configured ZIP from the server.

3. COPY TO USB

Extract ZIP and copy REDIVIVIS_CAPTURE folder to the Capture USB.

Recommended first bays: CAP-01-A, CAP-01-B, CAP-01-C, CAP-01-D

The technical data is read by the laptop booting Capture USB. Phone/tablet is only for scan and workflow.
STATION SETUP

Scanner + printer readiness test

Use this before production starts. The workstation must scan and print before the operator touches devices.

SCANNER STANDARD

USB HID keyboard mode. Suffix must be ENTER/CR. Scan into the field below.

PRINTER STANDARD

Direct thermal, 203 DPI, label size 55mm × 30mm. USB printer installed on Windows.

FLOOR RULE

If scanner or printer fails, do not start production on that station.

Compatible scanners: Zebra DS22/DS2208-type USB scanner, VEEDA USB scanner, generic 1D USB scanner — if set to keyboard mode.

Compatible printers: Xprinter XP-365B USB 203 DPI and Zebra GK420d 203 DPI, after Windows driver setup and correct label size.
