Use these words the same way every time. Do not invent new names on the floor.
The person doing the work at the station. Every action must happen under the correct operator login.
The fixed work point, for example CAP-01-A. The station tells the system where the device is being processed.
The check before work starts: station photo, tools photo, printer test, scanner test and checklist. Work time starts after this is complete.
The physical paper card that follows the device. It is the offline backup if internet or power is bad.
The REDIVIVIS barcode label attached to one device. It is the main identity of the device in OPS.
The automatic reading of device technical data: model, serial, CPU, RAM, storage, battery and drive health.
The boot USB used on the laptop/desktop to read hardware data. Phone/tablet does not read technical data.
The required photos for grading: top cover, open front, screen on, keyboard/palmrest, bottom and defect close-up.
Visual condition level. C7 is very clean. C2 is parts-level. Grade is about physical condition, not CPU speed.
The system decision after Capture + Grade. Operator does not choose Retail, Project, Wholesale, Repair or Parts.
The physical destination container/tote. The bin barcode must match the route prefix. Wrong bin = STOP.
The final check that device, service card, charger, adapter and tools are all back in the correct place.
Something is unclear. The device waits for Team Lead / Manager / BI-DATA review.
The device does not power on during quick triage. It goes to No Power lane, not normal capture.
If automatic capture or data is missing, BI-DATA / lead must approve the manual entry before it can move forward.
The role responsible for data quality, manual capture review, missing serials, speed and efficiency analysis.
If internet drops after the app is open, actions wait in the browser and sync when internet returns.
